I want to start running regularly again since I really probably haven't done it regularly since December or January... but it was kind of raining today after I got home from work so I decided not to start today. I'm such a slacker! I found this workout schedule to follow -
the Couch-to-5K program - and it seems very doable. In fact, it almost seems too easy for me at least the first few weeks. But I think I may start it as a way to ease back into running and see how it goes. Maybe I'll even register for a 5K!
