Bad driving

It is not a shock to me in the least that in Allstate's new report on the locations across the country where the best drivers are, guess where DC ranks? Last. Meaning they have the worst drivers in the country. In fact, four of the worst 10 spots are Washington, DC, Baltimore, Alexandria, VA and Arlington, VA. No kidding. People are horrible drivers here, just horrible. Some of my biggest pet peeves are that people NEVER use their turn signals and they drive right down the middle of the road, even though they are two-way roads, and don't even move to the correct side of the road when another car comes. It drives me crazy.
